Nestled in one of the most beautiful, rich and rare floristicamente of the Mediterranean landscape, Cingoli (631 m a.s.l.) is situated in a panoramic position on the eastern side of the Adriatic side of the mountain range, commonly referred to as amounts waived, that stands on the upper Valley of the roller and behind which stands the Apennines proper.
The eminence of Cingoli – where an ancient myth of solar worship ancestral link to a foundation linked to the name of the sorceress Circe – considered in relation to the beautiful panoramic view that this does rise, with time allowed the city to earn the nickname "balcony of the Marche".
