Located in the heart of the Tuscan-Laziale Maremma in the municipality of Montalto di Castro - Marina - in the province of Viterbo, a few kilometers from the border with Tuscany, just 110 km from Rome in the land of the Etruscans.

Located in the quiet residential area of the marina, only six hundred meters away from the sea and the centre, reachable with a comfortable walk in the shade of centenary pine trees or via a free hotel shuttle bus service. The structure unfolds low, only two floors, among large well-kept gardens shaded by large paulownias where guests can walk and children can have fun in absolute tranquility.

Inside the facility there are:

• a multi-purpose court that can be used for both basketball and volleyball

• an 8-a-side grass football field

• a beach volleyball court

• two modern padel courts with synthetic grass surface

It is also possible to use additional sports facilities thanks to an agreement with the municipal sports center, one of the best equipped in central Italy. This center offers a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a municipal stadium, a fully equipped gym with weights, a multi-purpose indoor court with parquet flooring, and tennis courts.

These facilities allow guests to practice a wide variety of sports activities, both for those who want to keep fit and for those who would like to try new sports during their stay.
