The Villa Gregoriana is a holiday home for groups located in Palus San Marco, in the municipality of Auronzo di Cadore, immersed in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. The Villa Gregoriana is immersed in the quiet of a vast clearing at an altitude of 1121 m, rises in the heart of the Dolomites, strategically located between Auronzo di Cadore and Misurina, a short distance from the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Here, in fact, people with disabilities, families and groups of young people share their stay, without architectural and psychological barriers. The Villa offers everyone, with cordiality in relationships and freedom of movement, the opportunity to enjoy the holiday in full autonomy and integration. A structure inhabited by people, but where simplicity, solidarity, respect, sharing can also be found, which make the Villa an ideal place for holidays, for school camps and for sports retreats.

INTERNAL SPACES
Villa Gregoriana is made up of family rooms and large bedrooms and can accommodate up to 250 people. Each group can also take advantage of a lounge for activities for exclusive use. In total, the Villa Gregoriana has 4 rooms available for groups.

OUTDOOR SPACES
One of the strengths of the structure is certainly the vastness of the outdoor spaces. The Villa Gregoriana enjoys a very large ground where there are: -2 5-a-side football fields on a grass background -1 basketball / volleyball field on a concrete background -1 green volleyball field-1 soccer training field to 7 on grass ground (slightly uneven, not suitable for games) .- cross-country ski track.
